The Service is intended for use by South African motor vehicle dealers, traders and related businesses. AutoInvoice is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@autoinvoice.co.za.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
The Free Plan allows up to 5 invoices per calendar month at no charge. Free plan features may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice.
The Pro Plan costs R250.00 per month (VAT inclusive where applicable) and provides unlimited invoices and full access to all features.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Options tab in the app.
Important: Cancellation is not pro-rated. If you cancel before the end of your billing period, you retain Pro access until the expiry of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by South African consumer protection law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@autoinvoice.co.za.
You agree to use AutoInvoice only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into AutoInvoice, including client details, invoice records and business information.
By using the Service, you grant AutoInvoice a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you capture about your clients (SA ID numbers, contact details etc.) complies with POPIA and that you have a lawful basis for collecting such information.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, AutoInvoice shall not be liable for:
AutoInvoice is a tool to assist you in creating invoices. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered and the legality of your business transactions.
AutoInvoice does not provide legal, financial or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your business.
All software, design, code, logos and content forming part of the AutoInvoice Service are the intellectual property of AutoInvoice and are protected by South African copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The AutoInvoice name, logo and brand are trademarks of AutoInvoice. You may not use our brand in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@autoinvoice.co.za. Upon closure:
We reserve the right to terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
